Terms of Service

The Bot Owner grants the User a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use Ganon Bot for personal or non-commercial purposes within the TTMM community.

The User may not use Ganon Bot in any way that violates applicable laws, rules, or regulations or infringes upon the rights of any third party.

Additionally, commercial use of Ganon Bot without express written consent from the Bot Owner is prohibited.

The Bot Owner shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use Ganon Bot, including but not limited to loss of data, profits, or other intangible losses.

The Bot Owner may modify or discontinue Ganon Bot at any time without notice. The Bot Owner is not liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the bot’s services.

All intellectual property rights in Ganon Bot and TTMM are and shall remain the property of the Bot Owner. Users are prohibited from copying, modifying, or distributing Ganon Bot without express consent from the Bot Owner.

Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless the developer of Ganon Bot, affiliates, and their representatives from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from the User's use of Ganon Bot and related services within the TTMM community.

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time for any reason. Upon termination, Users must cease all use of Ganon Bot and associated services.

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the United States of America. Any disputes will be resolved via arbitration under U.S. law.

This Agreement represents the entire agreement between the developer of Ganon Bot and the User and supersedes any prior agreements.
